Meet the team
In our setting we maintain the ratio of adults to children in the setting that is set through the Welfare Requirements. We also have volunteer parent helpers where possible to complement these ratios. This helps us to:

Give time and attention to each child
Talk with the children about their interests and activities
Help children to experience and benefit from the activities we provide
Allow the children to explore and be adventurous in safety
Samantha Clubb
Pre-school Manager
Samantha joined the pre-school in March 2016 as manager. Samie is NVQ Level 4 qualified and also takes on the role as safeguarding officer. She has 2 children of her own and has recently returned from maternity leave.
Samie loves to create fun and intriguing sensory tuff spot activities, they may be messy but that's the fun of preschool, exploring and free learning.
Hannah Roberts
Pre-School Deputy Manager
Hannah has been working at the pre-school since November 2014 She is the deputy manager. Hannah is Level 4 qualified and is the secondary safeguarding officer. She has 2 young children of her own, both of which have enjoyed their early years at the pre-school.
Rachael Murphy
Pre-school Assistant
Rachael joined the team in July 2018 and before this was a pre-school parent as her twin girls went to the pre-school. Rachael is NVQ Level 3 qualified and also takes on the role of 2 Year Coordinator
Sabine Boley
Senior Preschool Practitioner
Sabine joined the team in June 2020. Sabine is NVQ Level 3 qualified. She is the settings ENCO
Tia Fitzpatrick
Pre-school Assistant
Tia joined the team in October 2021. She is level 3 Qualified
