Meet the team

We are a very experienced team guided by our core values and a passion to excel in the profession; Continual Personal Development (CPD) is important to us. We are all mums ourselves and we all strive to give the children the best experiences possible, whilst helping them to achieve their full potential.

When your child starts at pre-school, they will be allocated a key worker. This is the special person who will record your child’s progress and is the best team member to speak to if you have any particular questions or information to pass on about your child.

However, the whole team quickly get to know every child within pre-school and, as the day is child-led, you may find that your child naturally gravitates to different people for different activities, reassurance and cuddles, or excitement and adventures! All staff will contribute to your weekly Tapestry updates.

Samantha Clubb

Pre-school Manager

Samantha joined the pre-school in March 2016 as manager. Samie is NVQ Level 4 qualified and also takes on the role as safeguarding officer. She has 2 children of her own and has recently returned from maternity leave.
Samie loves to create fun and intriguing sensory tuff spot activities, they may be messy but that's the fun of preschool, exploring and free learning.

Hannah Roberts

Pre-School Deputy Manager

Hannah has been working at the pre-school since November 2014 She is the deputy manager. Hannah is Level 4 qualified and is the secondary safeguarding officer. She has 2 young children of her own, both of which have enjoyed their early years at the pre-school.

Rachael Murphy

Senior Preschool Practitioner

Rachael joined the team in July 2018 and before this was a pre-school parent as her twin girls went to the pre-school. Rachael is NVQ Level 3 qualified and also takes on the role of 2 Year Coordinator
